President Leonel Fernandez on Friday formalized by decree the reduction of 12 percent of the cost of government institutions, as announced in his address to the nation the past Thursday 17 of this month.
Fernández, Decree 186-11, directs the Ministry of Finance to apply this setting to the budgets of public institutions for this year 2011.
