I pass this recipe potato and leek burgers Juliana López May to know a little more than the book that I talked about in previous post. For vegetarians this can be a main dish that you will go perfectly accompanied by a salad, and for whom we are also functions as an accompaniment to any meat. The combination of potatoes with onions or leeks gold never fails and is so versatile it goes with anything.
Like when I did pretty mashed prepared them more, I decided to mix it with parsley, formed into balls, fill them with some cheese buttery and rebosarlas in egg and breadcrumbs to form a potato croquettes doré then in the oven.

For burgers:
2 red onions cut into julienne leeks

sliced \u200b\u200b2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 egg or 1
whole egg 1 / 2 cup Parmesan cheese Breadcrumbs

Salt and pepper Olive oil


browned onions, leeks and garlic in a pan with olive oil until are tender and just golden. Mix with mashed potatoes, egg and Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to shape the burgers. Go through bread crumbs. Brown in the oven on a plate with a thread of olive oil. Serve warm.
